Executive Chef, Daryl Pope, began his Cooking career at age 16 working for a local pizza place. Learning how to make fresh dough and sauces, he continued in the path to become a chef. Daryl took off to Camosun College where he received his red seal certificate. He apprenticed at the Aerie Resort under Christophe Letard and while working there, the establishment won best Resort in North America 2 years in a row by Conde Nast Magazine. He has worked at Sysco Victoria consulting with restaurants, at the Westin Edmonton and the Hotel Grand Pacific.
