“There’s a lot of conversation in Canada right now about trade, resilience and supporting Canadian,” says Beverly Carter, President of Think Local First Victoria. “For me, it keeps coming back to something Think Local First has been talking about since 2012: the choices we make locally matter.

“We may not control tariffs, but we do control where we spend our next dollar.”

As part of the campaign, Think Local First has created Local Strong. Canada Strong. decals to help make the local-first message visible throughout Greater Victoria. The organization is encouraging its members and the broader community to display the decals in storefronts, offices, vehicles and homes.

Your $20 pledge includes three decals to share with others.
