Her husband, Bruce Carter, is the owner of Wes-Tech Irrigation Systems Ltd. and formerly served as Chief Executive Officer of the Greater Victoria Chamber of Commerce, giving Beverly a unique perspective on both entrepreneurship and regional business advocacy.
