Since opening in 1984 as Canada’s first brewpub, Spinnakers has become a beloved gathering place for both locals and visitors, earning a reputation for its handcrafted beer and cider, farm-to-table menu, and commitment to supporting local producers.
Under Paul’s leadership, Spinnakers has grown beyond the brewpub to include Victorian-style guesthouses, Spirit Merchant locations, and an extensive selection of house-made products.
